In a joint contribution, climes and CNDS will be joining to SciFest 2024! Our team has developed a variety of interactive workshops, engaging students and the public in climate science, geoscience, and sustainable development.
The event is taking place 10-12 October, at Fyrishov in Uppsala.
From simulating rainfall with water balloons to building natural filters from recycled materials, these activities will help participants explore extreme weather and climate change in fun, hands-on ways. Our collaboration with other departments highlights how climate research applies to real-world challenges, inspiring the next generation of scientists.
